196. Sale of perishable articles.
- Nothing in Sections 192, 193, 194 and 195 applies to the sale of perishable articles Such articles shall be sold by auction with the least possible delay, in accordance with such orders as may from time to time be made by the Collector either generally or especially in that behalf.
