Section 111 in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1978
111. Power to exempt class of societies.
- The Government may, by general or special order, published in the Official Gazette, exempt any society or any class of societies from any of the provisions of this Act or may direct that such provisions shall apply to such society or class of societies with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
