Section 15(1) in Tamil Nadu Heritage Commission Act, 2012
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Government and every local authority shall accept every advice of the Commission to the Government or the local authority, as the case may be and shall take action for prompt and effective implementation of such advise.
