Section 22A in Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Act, 1956
22A. Declaration of intention to make Housing Scheme.
- The Board may, from time to time, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette declare its intention to make a Housing Scheme for any are setting forth the extent of land proposed to be included in the scheme and such other particulars as may be prescribed.
