Section 2 in The Haryana Legislative Assembly Members (Pension) Rules, 1978
2. Definition.
- In these rules, unless the content otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances and Pension of Members) Act, 1975.(b)"form" means a form appended to these rules.(c)"pensioner" means a person who is eligible to receive pension under the Act.(d)"Secretary" means the Secretary of the Haryana Legislative Assembly.
