Section 5(1) in Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016
(1)The Director, when so directed by the State Government, shall propose to the owner of the protected monument to enter into an agreement with the State Government within a specified period for the maintenance of the monument.
