Section 38 in Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Rules, 2011
38. Collection of membership fee, subscription or any other dues from the members of the trade union.
- The recognized Trade Unions shall have the right to collect their membership fee and monthly subscription as per the bye-laws made under the Trade Unions Act, 1926 (Central Act 16 of 1926).
