- When any estate paying land revenue to the State Government is to be partitioned under the decree or order of a court or otherwise, expenses properly incurred in making such partition, shall be recovered as a land revenue demand in such proportions as the Deputy Commissioner may think fit, from the sharers at whose request the partition is made, or from the persons interested in the partition.
