(xi)Candidates admitted to any particular college during any particular phase cannot claim admission to any other institution during that particular phase. However, she/he may opt for transfer of seat to any of the other college through sliding procedure during the next phase of admission and such transfer of seat shall be final i.e., a candidate cannot claim for the seat allotted prior to sliding in the earlier phase after being transferred to the new college opted in sliding. She/he should invariably join in the college to which she/he is transferred. Transfer of seats from a college that is included in SW-1 to another college included in SW-2 is not allowed
