Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, G.O. Case No. 630 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 45 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Wagon-r car. Petitioners were found sitting in the aforesaid car.

Petitioners are in custody since 20.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52402 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned AD.J. IInd-cum-special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, G.O. Case No. 630 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
