Section 27(3) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(3)No person shall build a privy in such a position or any manners as to be within distance of 30 metres from any well, or stream of water, where it is likely to be used for human consumption or domestic purposes.
