36. Approval of draft licence.
(1)After inquiry if any, and the hearing, the Commission may decide to grant or refuse the licence and if it decides to grant the licence it may do so by approving the draft licence with such modification, changes or additions and subject to such other terms and conditions as the Commission may direct.(2)When the Commission has approved a draft licence, either in its original form or in a modified form, such Officer as the Commission may designate in this behalf, shall inform the applicant of such approval and of the form in which it is proposed to grant the licence and the conditions to be satisfied by the applicant including the fees to be paid for the grant of the licence.
