Section 3(2) in The U.P. Essential Commodities (Display of Prices and Stocks and Control of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1977
(2)The price list shall-(a)indicate separately the wholesale prices of different classes or varieties of scheduled commodities;(b)bear the signature of the wholesaler; and(c)be legibly written in bold letters in Hindi Language in Devanagri script.
