Section 23 in Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh Act, 2017
23. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(a)the Board of Management;(b)the Academic Council;(c)the Planning Board;(d)the Finance Committee;(e)the faculties; and(f)such other bodies, as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
