32. Collection of revenue.
(1)Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, entrust to the Gram Panchayat the functions and duties of collecting the taxes, land revenue and other dues recoverable under specified scheme.(2)Where any functions or duties are entrusted to a Gram Panchayat under sub-section (1), the Administrator shall pay to such Gram Panchayat collection charges at such rates as he may determine in this behalf.
