Section 206(a) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(a)even cofferdam and caisson is,-(i)of good construction, sound material and of adequate strength;(ii)provided with adequate means for building workers to reach safely the top of such cofferdams or caissons, as the case may be, in the event of an inrush of water; and(iii)provided with safe means of access to every place where building workers are employed in such cofferdams and caissons, as the case may be;
