Section 5(1)(a) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018

(a)the Industrial Development Authority concerned shall publish a notice calling for application from registered associations of the street vendors for membership of Town Vending Committee, in any two prominent daily newspapers having circulation in such Industrial Development Authority Area. A copy of the notice shall also be displayed in any conspicuous place in the local markets under the jurisdiction of the Industrial Development Authority;
