O R D E R (Oral):-
Justice K. Haripal, Judicial Member No representation for the applicant today also; consecutively for the last seven postings, he is not appearing. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the applicant has not yet moved the Hon'ble Chairman for transferring the matter to Bangalore Bench of this Tribunal. That means, we have to assume that he has lost interest in the matter.
2. The OA is dismissed for default. Interim order is vacated. No costs.
