Section 20(1) in U.P. Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2016
(1)The applicant shall apply to the District Registration Authority for provisional registration, either in person, or by post or through web based online facility with the necessary information in a format as per SG AR Annexe under sub sections (1) and (3) of section 14 of the Act.
