Section 237(1) in The Asansol Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
(1)The Corporation may own, purchase or take on lease any land or building for the purpose of establishing municipal market or slaughter-house or stock-yard or improving an existing municipal market, slaughter-house or stock-yard and make provision for such maintenance.
