The applicants filed this Misc. application for modification of Final Order No. 356-372/2008-Ex dated 19th June, 2008.
2. None appeared on behalf of the applicants. Heard learned D.R. on behalf of the Revenue.
3. After hearing learned D.R. and on perusal of the record we find that the other appellant M/s. Kamakhya Steels Pvt. Ltd. filed rectification application on the same ground which was dismissed as withdrawn vide Misc. Order No. 928/2008-Ex dated 28.11.2008.
