Section 16 in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Country Liquor (In District Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari and Mahasamund) Rules, 2001
16. Minimum retail Price.
- The minimum retail price as may be fixed by Excise Commissioner on approval of the State Government, which shall be printed on the bottles of country liquor. The licensee shall not charge from consumers less than the minimum retail price printed on lables of bottles.
