Section 9(ii) in The University of Rajputana (Second Amendment) Act, 1950
(ii)The Vice-Chancellor shall be a whole-time officer of the University. He shall hold office for a term of three years, but may, subject to the provisions of sub-section (3) be re-appointed for a second term of three years in continuation of the first term.
