(2)In case, however, the society proposes to file any objection, the case shall be presented before the Registrar within fifteen days of the meeting along with a copy of the proceedings of the meeting of the general assembly considering the drafted amendment, signed by the Chairman of the meeting. The Registrar after considering the objections of the society may-(i)withdraw the direction for amendment of the bye-laws ; or(ii)register the same.
