Section 1(4) in Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981
(4)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint:Provided that nothing contained in this Act shall apply to any industrial establishment until the expiry of a period of two years from the date of its establishment.
