Section 8(4) in M.P. Abolition of Proprietary Rights (Estates, Mahals, Alienated Lands) Act, 1950
(4)The compensation for divesting of proprietary rights shall be due as from the date of vesting and shall carry interest at the rate of two and a half per centum per annum from the date of vesting to the date of payment.
