(6)The Presiding Officer shall, then, deliver the ballot boxes (used and unused), the ballot paper account, the Presiding Officer diary, sealed packets referred to in sub-rule (4) and all other polling materials to the Returning Officer who shall arrange to receive them and grant a receipt for the same.
