A K Tripathi, J.The District Education Officer, Darbhanga, is directed to complete the 2 Patna High Court CWJC No.3816 of 2015 dt.15-04-2015 2/2 exercise in terms of the communication contained in Annexure-12 series, which is letter No. 208 dated 6.2.2014, written by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Darbhanga, so that the on-going dispute on the claim of these petitioners and their right and the allegation that some ineligible candidates are continuing with the benefit of promotion can be resolved at the earliest.
2. The Court expects such deliberation and exercise to be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. No opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioners is expressed by this Court.
3. Writ application is disposed of with above direction.
