Section 33(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 2018
(1)The salary and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and other Members shall be such as may be prescribed but shall not be less than that of the Commissioner/ Secretary and shall not be varied to their disadvantage during their tenure.
