Section 30(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Trustee Bank) Regulations, 2015
(1)The designated authority shall, if it finds reasonable grounds to do so, issue a notice to the Trustee Bank or any other concerned person requiring it to show cause as to why the certificate of registration granted to it, should not be suspended or cancelled or why any other action provided herein should not be taken.
