Section 790(a) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(a)Issues of country spirit to shops, when a portion of the distillery has been constituted a bonded warehouse, must be made at the prescribed strengths of 25, 35 and 50 U.P. only. A margin of 0.5 above these fixed strengths is allowed for error.
