Section 15(2) in The Haryana Municipal Citizens' Participation Act, 2008
(2)A ward level annual budget calendar shall be prepared strictly in accordance with the Schedule six weeks before the municipal budget. The municipality may suggest changes that may be effected into the ward level budget after discussion with the ward committee.
