Section 24(1) in Uttarakhand Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization) Act, 2013
(1)Each department shall ensure transparency and accountability at all levels in the implementation of Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan schemes.
