Section 2(88) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(88)"unsafe building" means the buildings which are structurally unsafe, or in-sanitary, or do not provide adequate means of egress, or which constitute fire hazard, or are otherwise dangerous to life or property, or which in relation to existing use constitute a hazard to safety/health/public welfare, by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation or abandonment.
