1. Mr. Dalal submits that he has not been served a copy of the written submissions filed by M/s. Impressario Entertainment and Hospitality Pvt Ltd. Mr. Lall, learned Senior Counsel for M/s. Impressario Entertainment and Hospitality Pvt Ltd undertakes to provide a copy of the written submissions to learned Counsel for the respondent in CA (Comm IPD-TM) 12/2023 during the course of the day. Mr. Dalal also submits that, in the written submissions filed by his clients, there are certain errors and he submits that he would place corrected written submissions on record.
2. Renotify all these matters for hearing and disposal at the end of the board on 21 February 2024.
3. Both sides may place on record additional written submissions if they so require within a period of ten days from today.
