Section 82(2) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974
(2)The Government may, either on its own motion or on the application of the Planning and Development Authority, after making such inquiry as it deems fit and after giving the Planning and Development Authority concerned an opportunity of being heard and after consulting the [Chief Town Planner (Planning)] [Substituted by Act No. 17 of 2017, dated 9.9.2017], by notification, revoke a town planning scheme, if it is satisfied that under the special circumstances of the case the scheme should be revoked.
