Section 3 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Distribution Licence) Regulations, 2006
3. Applicability.
- These Regulations shall apply to all distribution Licensees in the State and in respect of all applications for distribution licence, including applications pending before the Commission at the date of publication of these Regulations.
