Section 50(2) in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
(2)Any member of the authority or body of the University who is nominated in his capacity as a member of a particular body or as a teacher or where expressly stated so, as the holder of a particular appointment shall continue to be a member of such Authority or body so long as he continues to be a member of that particular body or teacher or the holder of that particular appointment:Provided that such of the teachers who are continued on attaining superannuation till the end of the academic year on re-employment basis, shall cease to be members of such authority or body on attaining superannuation.
