Section 10(5) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(5)If a member of the school committee other than the Member-Secretary absents himself/herself from three consecutive meetings without prior intimation to the President, his/her membership shall ipso facto cease. The fact of obtaining such permission should find place in the proceeding of the meeting of school committee.
