Section 21E in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
21E.
The Managing Committee and every Officer of the Co-operative Society concerned shall be bound to render assistance to the Election Officer in the conduct of the election and shall make available to him such information and records of the society as may be required by the Election Officer for the purpose.
