Section 38(1) in The Jharkhand Area Autonomous Council Act, 1994
(1)Every year the Council shall prepare the budget relating to the subjects specified in Schedule 3 for the next financial year in the prescribed form and send it by the date fixed by the State Government for inclusion in the State budget.
