Section 58(2) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(2)No part of the water closet apparatus shall be directly connected with water supply distribution pipe for flushing and cleaning of the pan, a special closet cistern with suitable ball cock and of no less than 12 litres capacity shall be provided.
