27. Regulation for budget and keeping of accounts.
- The Corporation shall decide -(a)the manner and the Form in which the Budget Estimates, Budget Statements and Return of the Corporation shall be kept; and(b)the manner and the Form in which the accounts of all financial transactions of the Corporation shall be kept.
