Section 14 in Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University Act, 2008
14. The Controller of Examinations.
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The holder of the post of Controller of Examinations shall satisfy the norms prescribed by the University Grants Commission.(3)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
