Section 41 in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
41. Delegation of Powers.
- The Board of Management may by statutes delegate to any officer or authority of the University any of the powers conferred on it by this Act, or by the Statutes to be exercised subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed and report action taken to the Board for its consideration and rectification.
