604. First Information Reports. [§ 12, Act V, 1861].
- The First Information Report shall be sent to the Court office of the Magistrate having jurisdiction and a copy of it to the Superintendent of Railway Police. All serious crimes shall also be reported by telegram to these officers as well as to the District Magistrate having jurisdiction.
