Section 26(1) in The Rajasthan Urban Areas (Sub-Division Reconstitution and Improvements of Plots) Rules 1975
(1)If a site in respect of which any plan has been submitted to the Trust for approval, is situated within hundred feet of distance from the land which either forms part of any Government building or a part or whole of which is owned by any Government Department, the developer shall comply with such restrictions as may be imposed by the Government.
