Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the wife and Mr.K.V.Muthuvisakan, learned counsel appearing for the husband.
2.The petitioner wife fears going to Salem and the respondent husband fears travelling to Dharmapuri, one accusation after another are levelled against the other. Therefore, if it continues either in Salem District or Dharmapuri District, it would not be conducive for the purpose of disposal of the cases. Therefore, both the Tr.CMPs are allowed. The cases are withdrawn from the respective Courts and transferred to the file https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/4 Tr.CMP,.Nos.947 of 2021 & 122 of 2022 of the Family Court, Erode. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
