Section 15 in The Rajasthan Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1967
15. Chairman to preside at meetings of the Board.
- The chairman shall preside over all meetings of the Board and in his absence, a member chosen by the member present at the meeting shall preside over the meeting.
