Section 9 in The Haryana Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 1989
9. Procedure on receipt of application.
(1)On receipt of an application under Section 6, the Board shall pass an order fixing a date and place for hearing the application.(2)Notice of the order under sub-section (1) shall be sent to creditors by registered post, acknowledgement due, at the cost of the applicant and where the debtor is not the applicant, notice of the order under sub-section (1) shall be sent to him in a similar manner.
